CMS has posted an updated version of the RAI Manual 1.20.1 with a few minor revisions you’ll want to note: 

• Updated screenshot for J1900 
• Revised descriptions for the coding options “Injury” and “Major Injury” (to align with updated definitions in the manual) 
• Removal of two references to retired sub-items in Section O 

If you previously downloaded the version effective 10/1/25, please replace it with the newly posted version available in the downloads section of the CMS website.
